Additional deployment of .jp orthrized secondary DNS server

In order to ensure more stable reachability to .jp domain(*1) DNS
servers, JPNIC will introduce a new secondary DNS server outside
Japan.

The host name and IP address of the new DNS server is as indicated
below.

ns-jp.ntt.net [210.175.162.226]

Please note that the addition of the new server will have no effect on
operations.

(*1) The term '.jp domain' used here refers to any DNS zone for which
the JPNIC registeres maintains (i.e., the 'jp' zone, 'XX.jp' zone,
or 'in- addr.arpa' zone reverse mapping to IP addresses assigned
to the JPNIC by the APNIC).
