１）Kilnam Chon氏（APTLD）来訪

    11/24、APTLD（Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Forum）議長の
    Kilnam Chon氏をJPNICに招聘し、約2時間の会議を行った。
    内容は、APTLDの活動内容紹介と今後の協力について。

２）ICANN関係者連絡用メーリングリスト

    ICANN（Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers）
    への日本からの参加をより組織的・効果的に行うため、企画・国際
    部会メンバーにICANNで委員を務める日本出身の3名を加えた
    内部連絡・調整用メーリングリスト開設が部会で決議されたため、
    準備をしている。

３）Internet Week '99

    12/14、横浜で開催された Internet Week '99 にて、チュートリアル
    「インターネット・ガバナンス」を講演した（事務局国際課）。
